At DBMCI Bangalore, we strive to provide the best coaching experience to our students. However, we have a strict no-refund policy, please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional cases as approved by the management.
Students are advised to carefully review course details, schedules, and commitments before making a payment.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund Consideration

If a student has made a duplicate payment due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided in the following situations:
❌Change of mind after enrollment
❌Failure to attend classes (online or offline)
❌Missed deadlines for installment payments
❌Expulsion due to misconduct or violation of institute policies
❌Personal reasons such as relocation, work commitments, or exam failure

4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the eligible cases (made a duplicate payment due to a technical error), follow these steps:

2️⃣Management Review – The request will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.
3️⃣Refund Decision – If approved, refunds (if any) will be processed within 14-21 business days via the original payment method.
